It is a pleasure to announce my new association with the Greensboro Symphony Orchestra as Assistant Conductor. Over the last year I have come to know many of the musicians in the GSO through other projects in the area and am thrilled to work with more of them on the upcoming season. In 2010 – 2011 I will create and lead the Greensboro Symphony’s Education concert series which brings classical music to thousands of school children in the region, conduct the Holiday Concert and Pops series, and assist Maestro Dmitri Sitkovetsky on the Masterworks subscription series.
In addition I will be Music Director for the Greensboro Symphony Youth Orchestra, an outstanding group of young musicians from all over the Triad region.

I will remain at Elon University as Music Director for the Performing Arts Department and Music Theatre Program! Elon Performing Arts students will be featured on a Pops concert with music of George Gershwin and Leonard Bernstein, conducted by Maestro Sitkovetsky, in April 2011.
